  I liked everything about this hotel. The staff was excellent, room service as well. The room was always very clean. The breakfast was great, a lot to choose from.   Helpful staff - Carlos at the front desk was wonderful! He got taxis for us and was very helpful with dining suggestions and questions about safety in the city. All the staff were polite and helpful. The location was excellent for shopping, restaurants and explaining to taxis where to drop us for the hotel.

  The hotel surprised me in a positive way. One day before our arrival, I received an email from the staff asking what time we would arrive and placing himself at the disposal.   The staff went out of their way to make my stay fun. They gave good restaurant tips and helped me book other travels . They spoke good English , I speak little Spanish . The pool was small but refreshing after a full day of walking in the heat! - The facilities were clean and well maintained. The staff were very friendly and helpful.
