The room was very spacious and well appointed. They arranged so that we could stay after check-out because of air connections.

My friend and I extended our stay at this hotel because it was where our tour started and ended. The staff was outstanding and Ariel at the front desk took care of our every need and question with knowledge and creativity. The room was actually a mini-suite, clean, comfortable, and with a nice view. Breakfast was good and featured fresh fruit and hot selections; served until 11:00 a.m. The location was excellent, safe and within easy walking distance to metro and many places of interest and restaurants.

No complaints.

The room is spacious and has all needed staff in it, including coffee machine and small table eat. Big TV and big windows. Bathroom is very bog as well. Very friendly and helpful people at the reception area. Very good value for money.

Breakfast is nothing special and all the same every day,but for this price it is all fine.

The hotel is fantastic, its location is great, the staff were more than helpful and friendly. They went to a lot of effort to get me a taxi to the airport and negociated a good price for me with the taxi driver. I managed to get a fantastic rate on letsbookhotel.com and got a queen suite which was enormous for a solo traveller but nice luxury. There was a kitchenette on the room, good power shower and a wide selection of channels on the tv including a channel that had english movies. The breakfast was good with fresh fruit and a wide selection. The pool is small but great being on the rooftop. For the rate I paid, I would stay in this hotel every time, although I do suspect I was very lucky. Some of the rates showing now are 5 times what I paid and I would be looking elsewhere at this price, purely because I never spend that much on a hotel room. If the price is right for you, I can only recommend you stay at this hotel.

The aircon made a strange sound every now and then but this was a minor annoyance.

Spacious, quiet room with comfortable bed. Helpful reception staff. Well located.

Would be useful to have some utensils in the kitchenette, otherwise not much point in having and promoting a kitchenette. Eggs, bacon etc were invariably cold at breakfast - the 'hot' containers didn't seem to keep them warm.

Great Location,safe to walk around, close to many sightseeing attractions and shopping (hardly used any taxis ) . Rooms were clean und space adequate. Reception staff extremely helpful and given plenty of excellent recomendations !

Breakfast was poor and staff at restaurant rude ! But then again you are in Buenos Aires so have plenty of other options for breakfast .
