The staff were definitely the best part of the hotel. All of them were extremely friendly and helpful and made my stay as comfortable and enjoyable as possible.

The convenience of the local area, shops, banks and vicinity of being able to go anywhere, taxi, train, bus or walk. Staff were very helpful, friendly and helped with being bilingual. The staff was very courteous and helpful no matter our requests. My friend and i accidentally locked our hotel room safe three times and the hotel manager came by repeatedly to unlock the safe, assuring us that it's okay despite our troubling him.

The location is perfect for visiting the town and for shopping. There is a good shopping centre just around the corner and the next streets of Callao and Santa Fe are good for quality shopping. Huge room and a bathroom with a separate toilet. The location is fabulous, just round the corner from the cemetery, the craft market and lots of restaurants.
