  The owners were really friendly and helpful, plus the location of the hotel is great and convenient. Rooms are clean and tidy with room cleaning everyday, hot water and heater works well, they even provide towels and shampoos and a hair dryer, will definitely stay there again. - Clean and very quiet. Breakfast was excellent. Staff were very frien... vad folk säger » dly and helpful, and one speaks good English. The location couldn't have been better, less than a block to the gondola to the ski slopes. We really enjoyed Arinsal.
