We were here for 8 nights, nothing bad to say, very cheap price for 95 m2 fine-classed apartment like this. The best thing is the gym and the swimming pool, where we could take sun-bathing till sunset. The Hotel had only opened the week before our visit. Their system had a few issues and I booking did not show up [lucky i always carry a hard copy] The were very apologetic and our room was wonderful, overlooking the river from the 20th floor with floor to ceiling windows.
The staff were fantastic...their english is getting better but I'd suggest

It was a great hotel. The pictures on the website compliment the physical place, unlike other hotels. Love the stay and the staff, they were helpful and pleasant. Great value for money. The executive lounge was a great place to connect with friends and was reasonably priced. Love the overall services, food and facilities. Definitely will visit the Hotel again.

We loved your hotel...it was excellent...as always you would always like it to be cheaper but we could not complain. We found it was convenient to alot of places..The breakfast was lovely and the cafe staff were very friendly. Excellent location! Most of staff are helpful and friendly except a girl
at the front desk, she was grumpy and not helpful. When we arrived she
was there and grumpy, we thought she had a bad day. She was there as
well when we checked out, she again had the same atitude! She should
resign if she can perform such professional customer servicing role

tour counter. -
The room was very comfortable and the shower was great (good water
pressure and temperature). The location was great for many restaurant
choices and is next door to Apocalypse Now (bar/club) - if
you're into that sort of scene. The breakfast buffet (included in
the room rate) was also pretty good. I also liked that we were able to
use our credit card at this hotel. I thought it was a really good hotel
for $40/night in District 1.

They lost our booking when we came to check in. They only had one room free and that was the royal suite which was double the price. I called to complain to letsbookhotel.com and that helped. They gave us the royal room on the top floor to a normal roomprice. Such a nice room with a great view. Poolarea was perfect with sun all day. good location. In generel a really nice hotel. worth the money
