Lock box and check-in details will be provided after the total amount has been fully paid. - The cleaning fee is subject to tax. - There is 1 assigned parking space per unit. Additional parking may be available but it is on a first come, first serve basis. - Credit card payments are subject to service charges (4.2% of the total amount charged) to be deducted from the deposit during refund. - A security deposit of a minimum of USD 450 or up to 30% of the total amount is required for incidentals. The deposit is refundable one week after departure date and subject to a damage inspection of the accommodation. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in.
