view was amazing, staff was excellent. Beds were clean and comfy!
wifi was not free :(
friendley staff nice room
30 dollars a night to park my rental car was excessive, I understand parking is limited in the city, but as a guest I shoud pay less
Guest services were extremely helpful. To include valets and Starbucks staff.
healthclub, pool, front desk, valet parkers, vconcierge, Starbucks, bathroom products, staff generally very helpful and knowledgeable
bathrooms ( small tub, mediocre showers) dated decor
The hotel staff is very helpful and attentive. I love the location of the hotel - close to 6th street and within walking distance (a long walk!) of the UT stadium. Pedicabs are available, too.
Great rooms, bar, coffee shop. Nice pool and hot tub.
No bar access at hot tub/spa area and outside drinks not allowed.
Valet and Parking were a nightmare. Valet driving dangerously in parking garage causing problems. Took too long to get car. Priceline and Hilton together made errors three times in reservation planning.
Great location.
Nice gym and pool
Concierge didn't have phone chargers available. Even European hotels do this!
Service
Excellent location in downtown - The staff were attentive, polite and very helpful. The late night opening of the coffee bar was appreciated.
Valet parking were sometimes slow in retrieving car but may have been due to how busy the hotel was that weekend.
We especially loved how much there was to do within the Hotel. 2 restaurants with a bar ( with gorgeous bartenders ). An outdoor poor, gym and spa. Staff were extremely helpful and location was great.
The only thing was the WiFi. It was only free in the lobby or at the pool. Unless you spent $14.95 per 24 hours.
The staff was great and the location was amazing.
I wasn't expecting all of the fees but not all of them are the fault of Hilton.
Great location, friendly staff, and beautiful property.
Spacious, clean room. Close to 6th street music and restaurants, friendly staff
Limited street parking, only paid public or valet. Valet took way too long to bring me the car.
The beds, cleanliness, professionalism of the staff
Having to pay for parking
The pool was very nice. Room was very comfortable. Room service was speedy and the food delicious.

Hotel was in a good location to Sixth Street for Night life.
Did not find a lot of shopping in this area
amazing staff and very efficient room service
Smoking room. The front desk didn't ask what we preferred.
Nice pool and nice room. Very close to downtown.
The staff needs to be better trained, had several miscommunications regarding payment that were unnecessary. My card kept getting put in wrong and I was charged extra money for no reason and had to dispute it to have it removed.
Excellent staff in the club room particularly the woman. She was extremely helpful. Great gym. Elevators slow so if you are on a high floor expect several stops on the way down.
Everything
Nothing
Beautiful and very pleasant. Everyone was so helpful. Bell men took care of us very well. I wish I had gotten their names but unfortunately I failed to get the names. We plan on putting Austin as our yearly vacation with our grandchildren.
Beds are amazing! Perfect location
Very clean with personable staff. Great location.
I have nothing negative to say about the venue.
I really liked that it was close to 6th street.
Location friendliness size of room bed was comfortable
Very high price $200 / night small breakfast area and limited food selection
Great location and very nice lobby with a Starbucks.
Parking prices are ridiculous and there are no close parking garages.
I loved everything, especially being on the top floor with access to the executive lounge. Breakfast was amazing and having the snacks and drinks was great. The rooftop salt water pool and spa was gorgeous.
Loved it all.
Staff very friendly and helpful; great breakfast; large spacious rooms; located in the heart of downtown Austin
Wi-fi was $15.00 for 24 hours.
Close to Downtown Austin sites.
In the heart of downtown Austin.
Long wait to check in.
Location
Noise from street
The beds were extremely comfortable. The hotel was quiet despite the motorcycle rally that was happening that weekend.
The fact that Internet iin the rooms is not free. We did not receive housekeeping service one of the days we were there and had to call the front desk for towels, toilet paper, etc... The conceriege service was not very good, in fact she gave us bad information regarding the bats, stating that we were not going to see much activity because they are most active in august. Boy was she wrong, glad we didnt listen. She also sent us to a restaurant that was closed down.
Location is perfect for a noght on 6th, 5th, or 4th. Tons of restaurants and bars all within walking distance. Rooms are what you would expect from Hilton
Spa was not offering anything but massages. This effected my wife more then me but she was a bit disappointed with the spa service.
big rooms clean friendly
Very friendly & helpful staff. Excellent location. Austin just rocks!
Rooms and pool.
Can't be loud at all. Can't smoke on the outside by the pool. A 12 ounce Bud Light is 6$???!!! That's insane.
Everyone was extremely friendly and helpful. The proximity of humorous restaurants and the entertainment district was a huge bonus.
The location was great! Walking distance to everything.
The wait time for the elevators was absolutely ridiculous! There were 6 elevators. Don't think all were working because I waited 30 mins to get downstairs to checkout. I had to go up in order come down.
I liked how efficient and friendly the staff were on check in and at the bar. The location and proximity to 6th Street were both excellent.
Great hotel located close to everything, would definitely stay again
I liked the location because it was directly across from the convention center and I was attending a conference. The staff was very friendly and helpful.
I had to wait for my room to be ready. The cost of the room per night was very high.
Clean rooms, location
No free Internet service, very expensive parking
No Newspapers
The hotel is conveniently located to downtown Austin. The staff is professional.
The hotel is too expensive. The rooms are around $275/night + $25 Parking + $15 Internet per day, per device + $25 Tax. Therefore, your really spending $340 per night. At that price you might as well stay at the W Hotel located down the street which is about the same price.
I thought that the location was great- so close to downtown, 6th street, and the Rainey district. The hotel was nice and clean, really comfortable bed and the shower was nice, good pressure.
I was disappointed that the pool was closed and there weren't many alternatives. We also were not told ahead of time, or by the front desk, just a note on our desk. We could use a pool at a different hotel, but I wasn't sure where that was.
The only negative was the group of young kids in their 20's that were all piled in one room next to us. They were up till at least 3:00am being extremely rowdy and disruptive. We called security twice. They did come up to their room but it did not really help.
Walking distance to shopping, dining, nightlife. Spotless, updated room, excellent breakfast. I got my long skirt caught in the escalator and staff ran to my rescue and also paid my breakfast bill.I would definately return!
