The first day we arrived at the hotel we did not check in until the next
day. This was so we could drop our luggage off and go on a overnight
desert safari. They were very accommodating with storing our luggage and
letting us access it. They do have free wireless internet in the rooms
and lobby. I know letsbookhotel.com only says wired but it is w

Stayed for 2 days at this apartment and found them well equipped and roomy with kitchen albeit with no views other that the buildings next door.
Check-in was efficient and staff were friendly.
Well located next to the Mall of the Emirates and with a small grocery store and café located close by.
We didn't get to eat breakfast here as we woke late however, my observation of the menu seemed to indicate a reasonable array of choice. I didn't get to use the pool or gym either so cant pass comment h

we booke an appartment and because of flights arrived about 4am, your staff were fantastic and because our appartment was not ready as check in was not until 2pm they rang round and found another appartment for us and took us to it. - The staff were very helpful and friendly and the rooms are better than the photographs suggest

Very polite and effiicient staff. I arrived at about 10am and was allowed to check in early which was great! The staff were very helpful in every aspect and were very nice and were very attentive and responsive to all our requests. The hotel was very stylish and very comfortable and breakfast was very nice with a lot of healthy and everyday breakfast selections to suit everyones taste.

(1) The staff are knowledgable and quick to answer any question or request. (2) I love the idea of the little snack shop where you can get salads, sandwiches, and snacks for those times you don't feel like eating at the restaurant or even ordering room service. Or when you don't have time for breakfast, you can grab something from there to eat in the car on the way to your appointments. Большие номера как квартира (зал спальня кухня два туалета)рядом ресторан Ташкент(с доставкой в отель) и эмиратс МАЛЛ жить удобно -
Хорошая площадь номеров - действительно просторно. Персонал достаточно отзывчивый. Рядом Молл Эмирейтс, гипермаркет ЛуЛу (отличный продуктовый). До пляжа - 17 дирхам, пешком - 4 км))

Had an Excellent stay in Fraser Suites Dubai. Spacious One bedroom with fabulous view of Dubai especially Palm and seaview, I felt I was at home. Outstanding service from all staff especially housekeeping boys very helpful, friendly and professional. Breakfast was delicious with just enough choices. Best thing Internet is free and GYM is open 24

At First best regards to Mr.Samer Rafie(Operations Manage) + Akram (Reciption) and all employees.good location , 10Mnts drive from Emirates Mall , quiet area ,very comfortable , clean ,Free Shutle from hotel to Sharaf DJ station and Emirate Mall. Food taste good,swimming pool area is wanderfull, i lived in Fraser Paris and i like it very much and also Fraser Dubai.
Realy all staff are friendly , familier and nice.
If you care about your family chose Fraser.
