We were very pleased with the hotel - the staff were particularly helpful, the apartment excellent in facilities, servicing and cleanliness. The pool was great as it was 42 degrees in Dubai. In a word " everything " this hotel suits our needs perfectly. If we needed something we just rang reception and it was sorted as all the staff here are very helpful and courteous. When we travel to Dubai we always stay at this this hotel and have always enjoyed our stay as it is situated beside the Dubai Creek and is close to 2 Metro stations so

Rooms were large, furniture was in good condition the kitchens were very nicely set up.

Great hotel to stay during my trip. Staff all very friendly and helpful, room very clean and room make up everyday, free room wifi for 1 person only and newspaper provided upon request, subway and burger king is just opposite within walking distance and convenience store is just beside the hotel. I would go back to this hotel again next time i visit dubai.

3 bedrooms for 2 people arranged at desk (after booked 2 individual rooms thinking that unmarried couples could not share the same room!!!).

Staff were very good and assisted us with the children when needed without having to ask. The apartment rooms were huge and gave the children plenty of room to move.
