  Room was spacious, with plenty of space for extra roll-out bed. Great balcony with heated spa pool, and view of Burj Khalifa fireworks on New Years Eve. Staff were generally very helpful.   The staff was amazing Cyrus and Andrew at reception were very helpful and kind, staff was always speedy in processing any requests we made and the fact that there's a 24/7 supermarket downstairs that provides delivery to your room was a pleasant and added bonus. The apartments are spacious and organized and the view was spectacular. We walked into the room, only to discover that we were upgraded to an executive suite without even informing us. In short, we liked everything about this hotel and will sure stay here again in the near future. - The hotel is now even better than before. The management really take note of customer comments. For example, I found a kettle in the room with tea and coffee making facilities this time. The room service is fast and very efficient and the quality of food is excellent as always. The speed of the check in and check out formalities has improved greatly.
