Room was spacious, with plenty of space for extra roll-out bed. Great balcony with heated spa pool, and view of Burj Khalifa fireworks on New Years Eve. Staff were generally very helpful. шикарный вид на город с верхнего этажа (за такой номер доплатили отдельно). обслуживание быстрое и вежливое. два неплохих ресторана (с завышенной слегка ценой). интернет быстрый. больше ничего хорошего сказать не могу. -
Вид ночью шикарный, днём чуть хуже. Удобное управление освещением и шторами. Услужливый персонал.

The staff was amazing Cyrus and Andrew at reception were very helpful and kind, staff was always speedy in processing any requests we made and the fact that there's a 24/7 supermarket downstairs that provides delivery to your room was a pleasant and added bonus.

clean all the time. Furniture is nice and almost new.
what ever extra we asked through the phone was delivered in a blink of an eye.

I chose to stay at this hotel because of its perfect location. The hotel is very close to the exhibition center. I needed to walk for less than 2 minutes to get to the entrance of the World Trade Center. The room was always clean and the staff were very friendly. I was staying on the 7th floor and the Wi-fi signal was excellent. I recommend this hotel to those who are visiting Dubai for business purposes.

The hotel is now even better than before. The management really take note of customer comments. For example, I found a kettle in the room with tea and coffee making facilities this time. The room service is fast and very efficient and the quality of food is excellent as always. The speed of the check in and check out formalities has improved greatly.
