The hotel staff were merry and friendly and I did like that the
receptionist got me checked in in my room even though I was early. The
room service was great. They were fast to serving me. The massage
treatment I got was great. Also, I had another appointment in the spa
and then I cancelled my reservation, generously they didn't charge
me a penny. The hotel afford to keep my luggage safe after check out bcs
I had to go somewhere and get back later to get them, which was great.

The hotel is very conveniently placed for travelling throughout Dubai, and reaching all attractions. Staff were very friendly and accommodating especially as it was during Ramadan they made sure we knew the laws/rules which go with this fasting time so we didn't get into any trouble! Spotlessly clean, didn't get to try all the food as only the main restaurant was open but food there was lovely. Mcgettigans pub is great spot, very lovely and food is great! Pool on the 11th floor is a must! I would happily recommend staying at the bonnington hotel, perhaps outside Ramadan to get the best out of

Overall a very comfortable stay.
We stayed in a large apartment type suite. Good level of accommodation and services. Good to have a kitchen even though it was only basically fitted out.
The apartment was clean and comfortable. The beds were comfortable and the air-conditioning worked well.
We had a baby bed made up in the room at no additional costs - really good to have a baby made very welcome.
Location not specifically close to anything in particular but within walking distance of the metr

First time in Dubai so we wanted to stay in the old town. Room was spacious and bed very comfortabe, with AC. The location was great, 3min walk to the Deira Palm Metro (Very easy to figure out). 10-15min walk to the gold souks. The Double Decker tour bus collected us at 9:30am from the hotel.
