Goo staff and location
Excellent Bed comfort and quality and Got an upgrade to executive room also free airport transport and it’s rightly priced, and near the airport.
No casino and it is good for family - The staffs are very polite and efficent. The room is clean and its decoration was very nice. They gave me free airport transport.

The staff were very helpful in every aspect and were very nice and were very attentive and responsive to all our requests. The hotel was very stylish and very comfortable and breakfast was very nice with a lot of healthy and everyday breakfast selections to suit everyones taste.

I stayed in four point sheraton more than one time and the standard is always excellent . clean and bright atmosphere - The apartment was great, in an accesable area, easy to find by taxis etc. The staff were amazing and the standard was great i.e. the rooms were cleaned daily once we had gone out with clean towels etc.

The first day we arrived at the hotel we did not check in until the next
day. This was so we could drop our luggage off and go on a overnight
desert safari. They were very accommodating with storing our luggage and

Stayed for 2 days at this apartment and found them well equipped and roomy with kitchen albeit with no views other that the buildings next door.
Check-in was efficient and staff were friendly.
Well located next to the Mall of the Emirates and with a small grocery store and café located close by.
We didn't get to eat breakfast here as we woke late however, my observation of the menu seemed to indicate a reasonable array of choice. I didn't get to use the pool or gym either so cant pass comment h

I liked the professionalism of the staff and the cleanliness of the rooms. There were seven of us from one family (3 generation) and every one loved the partments.We tried the gym and love it. appropriate equiptment were provided which suited every ones need. The hotel is relatively new and is very clean. The rooms are of a good size and well equipped. Also the sauna\swimming pool\ massage saloon facilities are well maintained and comfortable. In general a pleasant stay and good value for the money. -

Aileen at the front desk really helped us by suggesting and booking the desert safari for us. She and Pappu also went out of their way to organise us transport to the airport on short notice on a friday before 1. And the driver shahJohon was really friendly and helpfull.
