food was great. One of the days we stayed was my partners birthday and
we came back to our room and staff had left a birthday card, chocolates

The hotel staff were merry and friendly and I did like that the
receptionist got me checked in in my room even though I was early. The
room service was great. They were fast to serving me. The massage
treatment I got was great. Also, I had another appointment in the spa
and then I cancelled my reservation, generously they didn't charge
me a penny. The hotel afford to keep my luggage safe after check out bcs
I had to go somewhere and get back later to get them, which was great.

I stayed in four point sheraton more than one time and the standard is always excellent . Everything it was real value for money should be classified as 5 star but unfortunately has no views. The biggest room we have ever seen in any hotel even five and six star hotels- king size bed, comfortable lounge perfect working desk and free WI FI for the whole time for any number of devices. Fabulous restaurants ( one buffet one silver service- great choice of wines and beer) English Pub and club on the premises. it's a very comfortable 4-stars, big room, quiet, clean, all fine. During the good season you can easily reach the mall on foot, during hot months definitely not.
I never ate inside so i cant rate this aspect, and i was lucky to be on the side opposite to the night club (many guests complain about the noise, i did not hear anything at all). They were very kind to make my room at 8 pm because i had inadvertently left the "do not disturb" hanging outside the door all day. The staff is very frien

Завтрак состоит из того что не сьели за обедом и ужином и это лобио и кари уже воняет фрукты гнилые и липкие а персонал за стакан простой воды берет 6 дерхамов! адо гнать этот индийский персонал обратно за море и передать отелль узб

The staff were lovely, the hotel was stunning. they had a great range of facilities we ate at the Chinese resturant which was beautiful I would certainly recommend it and the late bar had a great atmosphere. the hotel was in walking distance to mall of the emirates all in all a great holiday we will definatly be back to Dubai and will be booking this hotel again.
