  The staff were very attentive and supportive. They will go out of their way to make sure the guests feel comfortable and satisfied.   Very clean room. Bed is the most comfortable bed I have tried at a hotel In room facilities and staff attitude are A+. Only 10 minutes away to/from DXB and to the essential shopping centres. There's a supermarket right behind the hotel. I got upgraded to the executive floor (5) which meant a larger room and access to the executive lounge. Did I forget to mentio - It was such a luxury staying at your hotel. We had just arrived from several weeks in Africa and felt we were treated like royalty!! Service was fantastic and very friendly. Close enough to metro and airport. Lovely pool area and breakfast restaurant has such an amazing variety of great food...it's making me hungry just thinking about it!! Will definitely recommend and stay here on my next trip thru Dubai.
