The location is excellent if you arrive late at night or have an early morning flight from the airport as the city centre and its hotels are quite far from the airport and you do not want to spend precious sleep-hours in a taxi. There are free shuttle buses every half an hour so it is also very convenient to get to the hotel. Very friendly frontline staff willing to give me a room on the top floor. Good ambience and well laid out room. Good proximity to restaurants and cafes in the vicinity. Hotel also has its own bar/restaurant inhouse. Good hotel for a night or two when passing through Dubai.

Nice staff, clean tidy place, wish we could have stayed longer. We arrived really early in the moring and had booked just one night, we should have booked for 2 nights but the manager allowed us into the room early and didn't charge us for early occupation. We also left the hotel after the usual departure time and we were not charged extra for that

Well designed and appointed rooms with high quality furniture and equipment, plenty of storage and power outlets.

Front desk staff provided a room even though we arrived well before our check in time.

It was very quiet, especially with all the building constructions around and it was close to the international airport - The praivicy by having our own parking ,no need to pass by the reception every time ,the staff was very good
