Hotel was nice and the staff was friendly. They responded to our requests promptly. This hotel is jus opposite to diplomatic area in Abu Dhabi, and as I have to finish some work in that area this was an ideal location for me. Mind it that it is away from the city center, however Abu Dhabi is not a big and crowded city and a taxi ride would take you in 10 min.

Nice friendly staff, generous sized apartment with nice bedrooms and en-suites. We stayed a week before Christmas and the staff put on a beautiful carol service in the lobby. - Staff were very friendly and professional. This is the first time we spend a whole week in the same hotel and that's because we felt welcomed. Everyone, from the Front Desk Manager to Gym staff including porters and parking staff, all were very nice to us and smiling all the time.

This is a very pleasant boutique hotel. Friendly, welcoming staff, comfortable rooms of a event size. The bar Vertical on the top floor is excellent, with live music. Nice coffee lounge at reception. A car lift will take your car down to the basement car park which I thought was pretty cool.

I was not there for long as we only stayed one night but the room wasfantastic and so comfortable. THE staff were really nice and the glassof apple juice was just what we needed - It was Ramadan during my stay nevertheless quality of service was excellent .
