  1) Хороший тихий район: недалеко от центра и одновременно от пляжей "Ланжерон" и "Отрада", можно прогуляться до прекрасного парка Шевченко, рядом проходит трамвай №28 (правда, ходит он редко!); 2) приветливый доброжелательный персонал; 3) замечательно оформленный уютный ресторан кавказской кухни "Чача" во дворике отеля: цветники из роз с плетнём и... что говорят » фонариками, прудик с рыбками, камышом и кувшинками, детская площадка; 4) возможность заказать интересные экскурсии в фирме "Фагот"; 5) можно легко и - Уютный отель; удобное расположение (расположен близко как к морю, так и к центру). Завтрак разнообразный (буфет). Очень внимательный персонал. По поводу парковки: можно оставлять машину на территории за 10 гривен/сутки. Мы парковались бесплатно непосредственно перед отелем (за 4 дня с машиной ничего не произошло - улица довольно таки тихая). Про услуги: сдавала в стирку платье (отдала вечером, часов в 18-19, утром, часов в 9-10, вернули идеально выстиранное и отглаженное платье. Итого 80 гр

  Because the "Alex" is the only Hotel that I have stayed in in Odessa I do not consider myself an expert. But having stayed in many hotels around the world I will say this rate highly. The friendly service with a good level of English spoken was foremost. My room was a pleasure and the location very quiet yet convenient.   The hotel was very clean and the courtyard was beautiful. The restaurant associated with the hotel offered a great breakfast. Lunch and dinner menus were extremely good as was the beer and staff.
