  The food was delicious. The Chef does a very good job. The staff is well-trained and strive always to be helpful. The view from the dining room is beautiful, especially in the morning. We enjoyed using the smoking lounge at night to relax after a long day and smoke hookah. We enjoyed the peace and quiet of the hotel. The rooms are comfortabl... что говорят » e and nicely appointed. The linens and towels were great as was the wifi and other amenities. - Amazing place. Staff - the best I have ever met in Ukrainian hotels. Very helpful and friendly. Nice restaurant with great view of old city. Among others, despite, that on weekend, they start servicing breakfast at 8am, they opened the restaurant at 7am, as we had to leave earlier.

  Staff were super friendly, spoke perfect english and nothing was a problem for them to do. They even got us tickets to a soccer match at no cost. Happy to stay there again. Upper floors have better bathroom facilities. - The hotel was very clean and everything was first class.
