Sadly I can say its the worst 4 star hotel in kiev. Price for value is not exsiting. I told the front desk manager that I would never stay there again she didn't seems to care. I suggest pick another one unless u want weird suprizes. Like deposit for mini bar, pay cash room service and etc.

excellent location for Olympic stadium and close to city centre for sightseeing. metro nearby and very cheap. exceptional attentive staff at hotel. helpful and English speaking staff. room service same price as in restaurant. good breakfast. plenty of lifts. able to book and pay for taxi at hotel. concierge service. porters excellent. glad we stayed at this hotel. excellent !!

When I arrived, there was a small mix up with the rooms but the staff were fantastic! They sorted everything out, they were very friendly, they gave me the room I expected which was very nicely decorated and in my view, the location is perfect to see and visit the sights of Kiev. 10 out of 10 to the staff! I will be staying here again! -

the location is great, just a few minutes from Palace of Sports. lots and lots of bars, restaurants and coffee-shops nearby. the stuff is friendly enough, and rooms are cozy and comfy, especially for such a low price.

- exactly on time, as ordered, ok-ish breakfast served in the room for those in a rush or before 9:00
All the past negative comments seem outdated, other then the external breakfast waiting time.

Very central location but the entrance is away from the crowds.
Very attentive staff : concierge arranged our evenings. The reception graciously allowed us a late check-out at no cost as our flight back home was very late in the evening.

All the staff were really friendly and courteous. The staff helped me with arranging the taxi and also with printing some personal documents. I stayed in a twin comfortable room. The room is worth for the money. In Kiev for 55$ it's economical. You can take the bus 13K or 90 from the hotel to Nivky metro station. From Nivky metro station it's hardly 15 minutes to reach the city center by metro. Though I don't know Russian or Ukranian I managed to go on my own a couple of times.

Очень уютный номер, все самое необходимое было. По расположению - пишут, что не подходит для туристов - это неправда. До центра 12 минут на метро, а до метро Нивки ехать 10 минут, при том что очень часто ходят практически все маршрутки, автобусы и троллейбусы с остановки у отеля. От метро Сырец пишут что еще ближе.

... что говорят » дешевле аналогов, которые ближе по расположению к центру. Отдыхом остались очень довольны. Карту города брали в отеле.
