Sadly I can say its the worst 4 star hotel in kiev. Price for value is not exsiting. I told the front desk manager that I would never stay there again she didn't seems to care. I suggest pick another one unless u want weird suprizes. Like deposit for mini bar, pay cash room service and etc.

I was very happy with the hotel. The apartman was clean, very pleasantly furnitured, well equipped. It even had a minibar, that I did really not expect in an apartman hotel. In summary - clean, well located, quiet and spacious. We arrived very early in the morning (6 am) and they allowed us in the room. Everybody from the staff was very kind. There was food and water in the fridge when we arrived, that was crucial since we were really tired and it was too early that shops weren't actually open. The room is like and 1 bedroom apartment. The customer service in the hotel and dining room was great. The hotel is lovely and is surrounded by a park. There is a Metro stop very close by so sightseeing in down town is convenient. The hotel was located quite well. Up on a hill over the Olympic stadium with only a 10 minute walk to the main street. Breakfast wasn't huge but it was decent with several options eggs, sausages, pancakes, etc. Wifi was good enough to video chat with so that was nice. I liked that there were water coolers on each floor so I could easily have drinking water.

When I arrived, there was a small mix up with the rooms but the staff were fantastic! They sorted everything out, they were very friendly, they gave me the room I expected which was very nicely decorated and in my view, the location is perfect to see and visit the sights of Kiev. 10 out of 10 to the staff! I will be staying here again! -

Hotel was in the center of the city. Great ambiance and within walking
distance or short hotel ride wherever you needed to go recreation wise.
Love the receptionist and they few I talked too spoke english. My being
american a lot of the staff shyed away from talking to me because of the
language barrier. Love the city, it is an exciting place with
spectacular views and plenty of things to do.
