Set in a Grade II listed building dating back to the 18th century, Thornton Hunt Inn is a traditional free-house located in the charming village of Thornton Curtis. Free parking is provided on site, and the property also have a garden and children’s playground.
An en suite bathroom is provided in each room at Thornton Hunt, as well as a TV with DVD player, pictures of the local area and a selection of books.
Lunch and dinner options are available at the inn, with a choice of food and drink that is produced in Lincolnshire or has been homemade on the premises. A wide selection of real ales, stout and wines are also available, with roast meats served on Sundays.
For golf enthusiasts, Elsham Golf Club is a 15-minute drive from the property and is is recognised as one of the premier golf courses in Lincolnshire. Scunthorpe town centre is a 30 minutes away by car and features the North Lincolnshire Museum which includes interactive exhibits.

Cleanest hotel i have ever stayed in and comfy cozy rooms
With lovely staff would dfo stay agin.
Warm and friendly, great comfort, beautifully clean, neat and tidy, great god, excellent beer.

Good value for money. Clean, warm and comfortable room. Good parking.
Location is a bit quiet but apart from that great.

We had booked Mum into the disabled access room on the ground floor which was excellent as we could take her in her wheelchair all the way into her room. The only problem was that the shower in her room was over the bath. Mum, like many people who would book this room isn't able to step up into a bath. A wet room or a level-entry shower cubicle / cabinet really needs to be fitted to cater for less mobile guests.
