Situated on the banks of the River Almond and just half a mile from the Firth of Forth, Cramond Mill Edinburgh is a converted 17th Century Mill. It offers a full Scottish breakfast and an on-site coffee & crafts shop. Free Wi-Fi and free parking are also available. All rooms at Cramond Mill are decorated to an individual theme; they offer views of the river and feature 17th and 18th Century antique furniture. Most rooms feature an en suite bathroom and they are all equipped with a flat-screen TV and tea and coffee making facilities. Edinburgh Airport is 6 miles from the property and Edinburgh City Centre is a 16-minute drive away. Edinburgh Castle and Edinburgh Waverly Rail Station are both less than 6 miles from the property and Edinburgh Zoo is only an 8-minute drive away.

Owners were friendly and helpful in answering email questions before our arrival and allowed us to leave our luggage there prior to checkin and after checkout. We were upgraded to a room with a better view. Full cooked English breakfast was delicious! We enjoyed the cozy atmosphere (4 guest rooms) along the river. There is a nice bicycle path along the river and many people stop for a bite to eat or drink at their coffee shop. The waterfall and walk to the harbor is relaxing and enjoyed by many.
все обзоры » I really enjoyed my stat at Cramond Mill. Elaine is a wonderful hostess who goes out of her way for her guests and I could have asked for a better place to stay. Edinburgh is easily accessible via the bus that stops at the top if the street and it is also so very handy for the airport which is only a 20 minute drive away. Nestled next to a picturesque stream where the locals go fly fishing, I couldn't recommend it more highly. The place was perfect for trips into the amazing city of Edinburgh with in walking distance of regular bus route. Placed by a stream it is very relaxing and charming. Elaine was the perfect hostess providing us with lovely vegetarian breakfasts. All in all. A friendy clean and comfortable b&b in An idyllic setting but close to an amazing city . The staff were very welcoming and friendly, the decorations and interior were very nice and the surrounding area was really pleasant. The breakfasts were very filling and kept us going for most of the day - and if it didn't, the café was open and offered a nice selection of treats. Lovely place, owner was very friendly and accommodating. Room was comfortable and food was plentiful and delicious. The Inn is in a neighborhood away from the "city" next to a small river and steps away from the sea. One of the best places we stayed at on our entire trip!!. Loved the setting, overlooking a river. The bedrooms are beautifully and tastefully decorated. Clean and modern bathroom/shower. Owner is extremely friendly and helpful. Well-cooked breakfast, and the café next door is a bonus. The position beside a river and a 5 minute woodland walk from Cramond village with its amazing shore line. Good communication into the city. Very comfortable bed, warm room, crisp clean sheets. Very welcoming atmosphere with friendly staff. Great location by the river and the coast, not too far from the city. Great breakfast every morning. Very friendly. Dog friendly. lovely rooms, owner extremely obliging, great breakfast, lovely area, would highly recommend and will recommend to our friends. beautiful quiet location comfortable room friendly helpful staff excellent breakfast delicious scones place with character. Excellent surrounding and the staff were very friendly. The breakfast was lovely and the overall stay was excellent. Very friendly owner. Very cosy room. Wonderful breakfast room and yummy breakfast. Overall everything perfect. Relaxing, easy bus route to Edinburgh, cracking breakfast, peaceful location, service excellent. Very convenient to Edinburgh just a short bus trip. Staff were friendly and helpful. Elaine & Ali were excellent hosts, they went out of their way to help us. Beautiful setting; Lovely owners; excellent food. Friendly Good position for walks by the river Comfortable bed. Owner very pleasant and welcoming - lovely breakfast. if you are looking for something unusual, go for it; if you need a certain standard, avoid that. We are new to bus travel, but with the help of friendly people on the bus, were able to get off at the correct stop. Absolutly nothing. Flight path from the airport is right over the Inn and we could only find one pub close by which would not allow kids after 8 pm. We walked for about 20-30 mins trying to find somewhere for a bite to eat but never found anything so I suggest either eat in the city before you go to your room for the night or be sure to order in the cafe before they close. The food from the cafe was great!. There was nothing I didn't like, but just a few pointers: As is normal in a listed building, there is no lift, but it's a short flight of stairs to the first floor where the rooms are. Cramond is outside Edinburgh, so it's helpful to have a car. nothing. on the approach path to Edinburgh airport. Little difficult to find. cleanliness.lack of attention to detail -cold plates for cooked breakfast - placed in wrong room .
