I wish to thank Dinis in the reception and Yasmin in the restaurant for thier professionalism in performing their duty.   I really loved it, the rooms very clean and worm, the have game area which is cool, the lobby is big and lovely. There coffee by the lake is awesome!! Wifi is crazy !! Everywhere even outside of the hotel. My favorite part was the dinner included the room rate ,, - The location was very nice and relaxing.   We really enjoyed our trip to Zonguldak and the stay at Dedemen. The city itself is truly at a beautiful location, but the constant smell of coal in the air is a little disturbing. Even so, we enjoyed the spa and amenities and the friendliness of the staff. We figured the hotel itself might be a popular hang-out for upper-class Zonguldak reside... что говорят » nts, as it seemed the hotel was much busier in the evenings with live music and in the mornings for brunch. - We stayed one night but it was wonderful, the kids and we loved the Turkish bath and the indoor pool and Jacuzzi... and the sea view is wonderful... :-) and of course the Mall is so near for shopping...

  Excellent restaurant, lovely room, great view and swimming platform. Staff were very nice and tried to speak a little English for my sake! My fiancé is Turkish so not a problem though. We were upgraded to the business part of the hotel for free but this was the kind of room that came up while you were booking so perhaps that should be made clear. ... что говорят » - Everything was excellent here, lovely location, friendly, warm, attentive (but not overly) staff. Lovely new extension with swimming pool, good breakfast, lovely dinner. Very clean. If I am in Sinop again I would not hesitate to book here again.
