  Excellent staff ( Yildirim and Ofuk). The staff was supper nice. The owner, Aziz, was helpful and tried to help ASAP. Very close to Galata Tower and Galata bridge and to the Bosphoros. It is walk up apartments and my 73 year old mother and 2 young kids had some difficulties but the room was comfy and the view nice so they didn't mind walking. Thank you Hassan and team for making our stay comfortable and wonderful.

Our host was very polite, he was helping us from the beginning with bringing our suitcases (we were 5 girls so it was not easy to carry all our staff:)), everything what we asked him, he was explaining and double checking afterwards to give us more information. The apartment itself is very comfortable for 5 people, centrally located (near shopping street, great bars and clubs) - The hotel was in very good location. The stuff was very kind, Murat, the owner, was very helpful, give us all needed information. We stayed 5 persons in two bedroom apartment, and the apartment was very comfortable, clean. It is great for young people, close to istikal street, taksim, all good location to see and visit. We definetly would stay in this hotel.

When we arrived to hotel the girl who gave us keys were little late so we had to wait her for a while since there was no direct reception. Neighbourhood was really peaceful and safe, we didnt feel ourselves threatned at any point of our vacation. Doors had unbelievable safe locks sinc - This is my 2nd stay at the apartment and 10 out of 10 highly recommended.The apartment is in the city center which made it convenient to move around.The staff were extremely responsible ,polite,warm and friendly.The most important thing is that cleaning for me I can say that the lady who cleans the apartment was doing her best.Public transports on your door step.Reasonably price .
