  The staff was very accommodating. The breakfast was very nice and met all our different needs.Beds were comfortable.Right off the tram lines so people who needed a tram were accommodated.   Wonderful staff! Very helpful and friendly. It was like staying withfamily. Bıg breakfast selection and dıfferent home made pastry every day.It is easy to skip lunch. Lower price rooms are small but well decoratedand quite clean. More expensive rooms are spacious and airy and have a view ofthe sea. A safe, quiet and noiseless place, outskirts of the old part of Isrtanbul, close to sea embankment and fish market (2-3 minutes), next to Armenian church and patriarchate (the view from the window is just like here in booking, ask for N9), 10-15 min walk to Small Hagia Sophia (Kucuk Ayasofya... что говорят » Camii) and Sokollu Camii - both worth visiting, 20-25 min walk to Hagia Sophia. Comfortable and large rooms, large bathroom. If you want to save mon - Very good apartments. Clean rooms with new furniture: beds for adults and a child, wardrobe, table, chairs, etc. Kitchen corner, frige, gas cooker, cups, plates, and utensils.The apartmants are in the old part of Istanbul, 20-25 min walk to Hagia Sophia. 5 min to the sea embankment, a fish market and fish restaurants. Frendly personnel fluent in English and Russian (special thanks to Yildiz!). Very well for family tourism.

  owner was so friendly and helped us for finding address and sightseeing places. It was just located 5 minutes from taksim square and metro station. rooms were clean very comfortable and well equipped. internet was excellent and staff was always there to help. it was safe and totally I recommond everyone to stay there and enjoys some memorable days... что говорят » in istanbul. - I went to Taksim Ares for the 5 days of my honeymoon. It is the best choice we did. The location is strategic, alhough in a residential area, however it is very safe and friendly, feels like home. The manager Mr. Housam talks English, Turkish and Arabic, he guided us all through our visit and was more than helpful. I highly recommend this place.
