The hotel is beautifully designed, very class with baroque-style furnishings which I love. The helpful and friendly staff especially Ms Begum Girgin is amazing who emailed us a welcome letter prior to our arrival and assisted us in anything we needed at the hotel and our city trips. A brand new property with very helpful and genuinely earnest staff. The rate is excellent at the moment too for a hotel of this high quality.
