  The rooms at Tophane Aparts, are excellent and definitely above other hotels in the same price range. The staff were very accomodating, allowing us to check in early after a long flight from SA.   We (mum, older brother and I) absolutely loved our stay at Nar Galata hotel. We stayed there for 17 days, so it truly became our home and it was a great hotel. The staff were wonderful and SO helpful. The rooms were perfect size and able to fit all our stuff and we had HEAPS of stuff. The breakfast was amazing - SO much variety!   We have stayed at Faik Pasha for two nights. This hotel is an excellent option in İstanbul. We chose this hotel due to the Taksim square protests. It is very close to İstiklal Street but it is located in very secure region of Taksim. The room was very well appointed, real boutique hotel style.   Great location. Apartments are a few steps away from Galata tower and 5 min walk to Istiklal street. There are many cafes and restaurants right next to Galata tower. A cab ride to sultanahmet took us 10 mins and 20- 25 lira ( taxi meter better than prenegotiated rate). Manager was very nice and accommodative. Rooms were clean and sofa-bed was comf... что говорят » ortable. Almost all amenities included which made things easy especially with young kids. A small grocery store and money exchange in the back street. - The size of the apartment was of a good size of about 36 sq.m with the sofa bed being able to be folded into bed making our stay with the Kids much conveninent. The location of the apartment is excellent within close proximity to the shopping area of Estiqlal in Taksim and also metro/trump stations. The hospitality of the management was handled with excellent care by Mr. Takin and his team.

  I just had a very nice stay in this hotel. The location is excellent, room is reasonably sized, comfortable and clean. Most importantly, the staff is very co-operative and friendly. They don't hesitate to do anything to please their guests. I had long times chatting with them in general discussions, and they helped me to find places to visits, res... что говорят » taurants, etc. It was indeed very nice experience and I wouldn't hesitate to stay there again and recommend it to friends - Everything! it was not a single issue that the simpathic guys on the reception didn't solve it! They said on all our request 'YES'. The rooms were clean, the breakfest untill 11, the location is very good and easy to reach with a fast & direct tram that cost 1,5 euro, to all important sights! I have been in Istanbul many times and i can easily compare with other places, so...definitely i will recomande this one! and...the price = best deal! :)
