It's also in a great location - just a short walk from Taksim Square. The best part of the hotel was the staff - they literally ran through tear gas with us to help us make our way to a shuttle for an early morning flight. Beyond these mild heroics, they also were very valuable in helping us navigate the city, make plans, and were responsive to any room-related requests we had.

  This hotel is in excellent location, near Taksim Square. It is very well connected with other parts of the city. The staff is very friendly and they speak English well. Rooms are cleaned once in two days.   Hotel is at center of Istanbul, just a few steps from Taksim square. We somehow get big bridal suite on the last stage free of any additional fees. It was big studio with large comfortable bed, a lot of windows and nice street view. Furniture not new, but looks very good + central condition (a little noisy), free Wi-Fi, sat.TV, mini bar, kettle.
