Все кроме ванной комнаты - I'm very grateful for Mme Elif, she was very proffesional in handling a passport-related situation. The concierge, both Mr Alp and Mr Jim were extremly helpful in providing plans and maps regarding the best in istanbul. Also thankful for Miss Bashak in reception for the upgrades. - location, service, design etc . . .

Overall hotel was good, clean and located near Kabatas tram station. Most of staff spoke English. Stayed there for 2 days but I was mostly out for sightseeing. Good value for money for tourists. -

We had a lovely stay at the Hyatt. The hotel itself was beautiful and the service impeccable. The rooms were very nice with everything you would need in a room. The hotel staff were very helpful and friendly. The concierge staff were amazing, any request was done without hesitation. Would definitely go back there .

We were there at the time of the Taksim square demonstrations so traffic-wise it was a bit complicated to get in and out. Everything. Hotel is amazing and brand new. Definitely it is firm 5 star hotel. I don't know what to name first design, comfort, location or quality of service everything is excellent. DIVAN Istanbul is perfectly central, 3 minutes walk to Istiklal Caddesi and a 8 minute walk to the Dolmabahçe Palace and Bosphorus. While a hotel in an ideal location is not necessarily a good hotel, this hotel is close to ideal as it is luxurious, affordable with friendly and helpful staff. Made our stay in Istanbul memorable. Moreover, it has a good gymn, indoor swimming pool and a spa.
