The building is a historic one, after the restoration. Living in a tradition house is a special experience for travelers. Staff is extremely kind and helpful! Breakfast is quite simple but absolutely enough to start your day in Istanbul!

Thanks for your valuable input, I just want to thank Seres hotel staff and special thanks to Mr. Sedet. Great location, close to main attractions. The hotel is located in the heart of the old city, about 5 min walk from the Blue Mosque, Hagia Sofia, Basilica Cistern, etc. The tram station is also a few minutes walk. Great value for money, especially taking into account the excellent location. - Lovely hotel with very friendly staff. The locations is GREAT - 2 min walk to Aya Sofia and Sultanahmet Camii, 5 min walk to Gulhane Park, 10 min walk to Galata Bridge. The tram station is also a few minutes walk.
