The staff was helpful in calling us a taxi for a dinner out, and providing the early shuttle service to the airport. I was also amazed that the breakfast was put out so early. Our children were able to grab a sandwich before our 5 am departure to the airport.

  The general manager was extremely helpful and gone out of his way to organize tours for us. His English is excellent. The rest of the staff were also very helpful. The metro station was a stone throw away which was very convenient and the bus station too. There are many eating places around the hotel. Bus even had WIFI, TV and meal - İbis İzmir has a great location just in front of grand station. I went to İzmir for a concert and I stayed there just one night. Concert hall was in walking distance. İzmir İnternational Airport is easy to reach from hotel ıt takes just half an hour by train. Staff was really friendly and helpfull. Children were free of charge.

  Hotel was great, very clean and comfortable. Great location if you're just going through Izmir like myself. Very close to both train stations. 10 minute walk to the closer one, 40 minute walk from the second on.

The location is perfect near the train station, coach stop and a short distance (around 10 minutes) to the main area near the sea.   nice, clean hotel and very nice staff )) - It was quiet, clean and had an in-room bathroom/shower. The air conditioner worked well, and since the hotel is on a side street, it kept out the noise. Breakfast was simple and ample. The staff were extremely helpful and nice.
