Location - The hotel was very close to the Sultanahmet tourist area, with some gift shops, coffee shops and restaurants right next door.
The night manager (I think his name was Usman) was a good guide point to various areas and activities.
The hotel itself is rather small, just enough room to put your bags and walk to you bed, but it is what you pay for.

Sultans hotel is in a great location near the blue mosque in an inner suburban community right opposite a park. There is a BIM supermarket and many cafes nearby. Our room was a bit compact but had everything we needed including a bar fridge. Breakfast is served on the rooftop area and is buffet style with the usual options. The staff are very friendly. The locations is GREAT - 2 min walk to Aya Sofia and Sultanahmet Camii, 5 min walk to Gulhane Park, 10 min walk to Galata Bridge. The tram station is also a few minutes walk.
The rooms are clean and quiet. Possibility to parking the car. Working WiFi.
We will definitely go back to Anadolu Hotel when we are back in Istanbul.

Only positive! - The location is great. The hotel owners are very friendly. They give you a briefing on the main sights. The hotel is new and tastefully decorated. I especially appreciate the private airport transfer service at 35 lira, which is about 5 more than a taxi. But many taxi drivers may not find this place. Taxi drivers in Istanbul

The hotel is a 5-10 minute walk from the Sultanahmet tram stop and it takes roughly an hour to get to from the Ataturk Airport. My fiance and I would highly recommend this hotel as it is an amazing value and right near the Blue Mosque, Aya Sofia and Topkapi Palace.

I stayed for 2 nights in the hotel, and i like its proximity to the Istiklal district. The staff of the hotel are really nice to their guests. And i have to mention Fatih for being nice and friendly. Breakfast was good. The room was quite small but comfortable. Heater was good. I would love to stay again in the same hotel when i come back to Istanbul.
