Went with 3 other guys. We liked that it was located on the quieter side of the island away from the main tourist area - great when you're hungover! Good pool and beach. Staff always helpful - I cut my foot quiet badly one night and the security guard helped to clean and strap it up.
Other reviews aren't great, but I think people perhaps expect

I have marked everything as excellent here except value which I've said is average. I'll explain this first. This is paradise! We were looking for a great place to stay with our 10
month old baby. Before going we checked the reviews and started to
doubt. It turned out that all he bad things in the reviews were over
exaggerated. The bungalows are on a hill but you can ask for a free
pickup service to and from your bungalow at the reception and by phone
(even though it is just a 5 minute walk. You do need to move if you want
a fantastic scenery view from your balcony :) Snorkeling is great. The

We booked this hotel as we planned to arrive in phi phi a day early and
our initial choice was full, however we would have been happy to stay in
the hotel for the full time on phi phi.
We were met by a bellboy at the pier who then took our bags to the hotel and onto our room.
The room was clean and spacious and the staff very friendly and helpful. We left something in our room before checkout and it was brought down to us straight away.
The hotel is well located for bars and restaurants.

*People complaining you had to go uphill to the bungalow-guess what, if everyone wants a sea view, some have to go uphill!
*Complaining the pool was dirty-it's surrounded by trees, buds and leaves fall from trees. Perhaps an indoor pool would've been preferred?!!

Free WiFi (room 205 could still connect from free WiFi in reception!), free breakfast and location. Staff were excellent as our luggage was left on the ferry (not the hotel's fault) and they called the ferry company on our behalf and sorted everything. One word - location. On the northern part of Phi Phi gave a sense of privacy and isolation. Perfect for relaxation and escaping the crowds. Staff were very helpful with all our requests, helped with boat trips and dining options. Enough restaurants along the stretch to keep you busy for a few nights.

The whole resort was extremely picturesque.
The orthentic bamboo and wooden bungalows, set within indigenous unspoilt forest,all have beautiful sea views.
These were cleaned daily to a high standard.

First off, we were a bit worried by some of the ratings. So here's ours: Excellent!! We had a luxury bungalow close to pool and reception. Airco, Free wifi!!! Only 80eur/ night. Everywhere was clean, no bugs, a lot of cats though. The pool was beautiful. The beach bar had really good music, and overall it was not too noisy. Only 10 min from the pier, with a nice guy with trolley carrying our luggage. Perfect place!

At first, was skeptical about so many non-stop steps before you reach
the hotel premises, but once you are up there, the view covering the bay
is simply amazing! The warm and cozy deluxe room had a balcony with a
similar experience, with all basic amenities. The crowd was nice and the
food was good too. Only seven minutes walk to the beach, so it's

Few minutes walk away from beautiful Ba Kao bay and another bay (which I can't remember). I loved our stay at phi phi sunset. We checked in at phi phi inn on the main beach, then about 30 minutes later we were on the long tail boat to the other side of the beach.
