  So my first stay in Phuket was at this hotel, which I decided to go for 3 nights to allow enough time to see the local area and take trips to Phuket town. The first aspect I'd like to credit are the AMAZING staff, which they spoke very good english and were very helpful in letting me get a better idea of the area but also are generally very nice p... что говорят » eople to talk to. The hotel is also just a few minutes walk from 2 massive shopping malls (Lotus and Central festival) which host regular events for l - The staff were great could not fault them at all made me feel very welcome when they found out the reason i was staying there (my wife was in hospital across the road) they asked every day how she was and when i checked out my wife was in the taxi and they came down to see her and wish her well what a great staff they have there.

  Very friendly and helpful staff; pick-up service from the airport in a comfortable car with a very nice driver (at a reasonable extra cost); nice and clean room; best breakfast we had in Thailand (with REAL coffee! Usually, you are served instant coffe in hotels in Thailand), which was served at the uppermost floor with roof terrace; good location... что говорят » = close to the old centre of Phuket Town. - Staff is really helpful when booking tours etc. You get 50% discount off the spa next door which was really good. Beds were massive and comfy. Nice shower and big rooms. Hotel is really good but the location and food let it down.

  The design was very nice. Price was very low, compared to the location and facilities. Very friendly and funny staff. In the middle of old town Phuket, so excellent for exploring this not so touristic part of Phuket.
