Staff is friendly and room is clean. Location is good, which is near to Tiffany show. Quiet too, which allows a good rest. Tuk-tuk can be easily seen on the beach road, heading towards walking street. Money exchange & 7-11 is just around the corner. Safe box and other facilities work well. A short 5mins walk to the beach. They have additional 2 pool towels in each room which is lovely. Breakfast is simple, but good enough (their fruits are fresh & juicy).

Hotel also provided us daily free mineral water, fruit juice, singha beer, coke and milk. Remember to consume it everyday. There is a DVD player in our room, we can rent the DVD from the downstair library. It is amazing.

Really good value for money. Hotel is located just next to Alcazar. Staff is really friendly, professional and helpful. They have 2 public pools and 1 private pool for certain rooms. Next to the main pool there is a bar and you can order drinks (prices are really affordable!).

Staff is excellent! Rooms are average but clean and all the pools are nice. Food is pretty good but as always hotel food is slightly expensive compared to eating out of the hotel. Overall a great hotel in a pretty good location, we will return.

This was my 1st time staying at the LK Metropole but it won't be my last . When I got there the hotel was overbooked but they had held me a suite and I got a free upgrade . The Staff gave us a wonderful welcome. My Mother & Brother stayed at this hotel for many years but sadly passed away earlier this year. I took my brother's ashes to Thailand to scatter him with my other brother who died there 7 years ago. I let the hotel know the purpose of my visit and upon arrival I was given a letter from the Manager saying how sorry the staff were to hear of my news. Room - it seems it can accommodate for more than 4 person in my room. Spacious and they have bath tub + hand bidet for the toilet. I like!

It is always nice to arrive early and find the staff accomodating and friendly. Luggage can be stowed until check in. Breakfast is buffet style and the rooms at the new wing are very nice. The hotel is just one street from Central Festival and has a selection of bars close by.
