  The staff in this hotel are amazing! Probably one of the friendliest hotels I have stayed in, extremely helpful with any requests you have and arranged tours/tickets for the cheapest price around. Good location, not too far from the nighlife but far enough to get some peace at night. Stone throw away from main shopping centre. Great hotel.   Absolutely satisfied with everything, enjoyed every single day of my stay there! Hotel is perfectly located in a cul-de sac, not more than 100 meters from the beach. Hundreds of eateries all around the place; convenience store, Starbucks at the next corner of the beach road. My room on the 4th floor was absolutely quiet and perfectly clean; spotless bathroom; nice bath towels; extremely comfortable bed. You can get a - A huge thank you to Claudio and his team for making our stay so enjoyable, we intitiallly booked for three nights but ended up staying for six. Room was small but was clean and had everything you needed such as air con and neat bathroom with clean sheets and towels daily. The hotel is at the back of a small side street, literally 100 meters from Patong beach. You can walk to Bangla Rd and all the great places to eat and go out in less than 10 mins so no need for a tuk tuk. Great value for money

  The location was great for us, away from the very busy resort but only a 15 minute walk to the beach. Bit scruffy but much more real Thai than Patong beach. Was great to have the swimming pool and sunbeds. The staff were nice and very helpful - Everything - loved this place. Would return without a doubt.   Very cozy hotel situated in a quiet area in Patong - a little far from Bangla, but that was just what we wanted. Very good English-speaking personnel. All in all, there was no problem. - The room is very big ,clean and with good view,just like the pretty house in The Sims.The staff are nice and a little shy.
