  The staff in this hotel are amazing! Probably one of the friendliest hotels I have stayed in, extremely helpful with any requests you have and arranged tours/tickets for the cheapest price around.   Andrew was helpful right from airport pick-up till he arranged to pick us up from the pier at the end of a Phi Phi Island trip (also arranged through him at huge discount) and reach us to the airport on time to catch our Bangkok flight.   The location was great for us, away from the very busy resort but only a 15 minute walk to the beach. Bit scruffy but much more real Thai than Patong beach. Was great to have the swimming pool and sunbeds. The staff were nice and very helpful - Everything - loved this place. Would return without a doubt.   Had a lovely stay at the guest house, the rooms were huge and amazing value for money, cleaned every single day with fresh towels and water. A big shopping center and the beach and night life are only a walk away but still enough distance so its quite. Excellent have not eat that good italian food since i was last time in Italy....

It is located close enough to all that Patong has to offer yet far enough to get away - the place is rather quiet especially after a noisy town. While walking to the beach you can call in cafes with different quisine, do the shopping. The hosts are friendly and pleasant people.In short it is an enjoyable place from my point of view.
