The staff were extremely helpful, the little bus service to and from your accommodation was great given it is built on a hillside. The rooms were clean and comfortable - added extra touches such as a free bottle of water every day, free safe box in room, and at around 4.30pm the doorbell went and we got a small box with two complimentary chocolat

This is the essence of the British organization. Everything in this guesthouse goes smoothly and you'll have all your wishes satisfied in a practical way. Location was ace in that it was near amenities but on the edge and was
calm quiet and relaxing. It was clean and spacious, whilst not brand
new, the decor and facilities were great for a three star hotel. If you
want perfect- I suggest you go 5 star, but that always comes with a
price tag! -

The location was great provided you want to be on Patong Beach with all the people and activity that brings, that said it's positioned toward the end of the beach road so not as frantic as further down.
