  The staff were extremely helpful, the little bus service to and from your accommodation was great given it is built on a hillside.   the location of hotel down small street is excellent with adjacent massage place, laundry and restaurants all recommended. short walk to beach down lane (and through peoples properties) which felt very safe even at night. stayed in duplex family room which were large and clean. 1 room did smell a bit musty at first but the smell went after a coupl... что говорят » e of days. didnt have too many problems with noise from adjoining properties or rooms. found bed and pillows comfortable. breakfast is good with a lar - Poppa Palace provides a great service for the price you pay. All of the staff were fantastic and the bar man even suggested we go to the night market in Phuket Town which we thought was fantastic. He was also very friendly and chatted to us a lot as did the waitress. Our rooms were lovely and clean and maintained daily. There was quite a large selection for breakfast which I found surprising given the price of our stay. We were happy to follow all of the hotels rules and request as it makes

  Location was great - a short walk to the busy party street and around the hotel had plenty of places to grab a bite to eat. Room was cozy & air conditioner was surprisingly OK. Staff were nice but slow to act on requests (could be a common theme across Thailand).   Very friendly staff. Rooms are small, but have everything we needed and are very clean. Location is excellent for Patong nightlife, across from the top of Bangla Rd. A great value for the price. - V good location, just end of bangla rd and close to the beach, next to junceylon, reasonably priced.It was indeed a v pleasant and enjoyable stay.

  The location is perfect in Patong, just a small walk from Bangla road, but also down a side soi so it feels a little removed. The staff are helpful and the facilities are great. We were upgraded to a deluxe room from a superior at no extra charge. The bed base was a little squeaky, but being in Patong we had a bit of a laugh about it.   Absolutely perfect! Staff very kind, always smiling, trying to speak English as much as they can, will help whenever you need them.   Absolutely everything. Food A1....Service A1.....Facilities A1...... - We were fans of the hotel in the past. It still has potential to be a great place. Superb location and great rooms. However the little details, wich were a great advantage in the past, moved along with the former owners.
