All of the staff were fantastic and the bar man even suggested we go to the night market in Phuket Town which we thought was fantastic. He was also very friendly and chatted to us a lot as did the waitress. Our rooms were lovely and clean and maintained daily.   The location is perfect in Patong, just a small walk from Bangla road, but also down a side soi so it feels a little removed. The staff are helpful and the facilities are great. We were upgraded to a deluxe room from a superior at no extra charge. The bed base was a little squeaky, but being in Patong we had a bit of a laugh about it.   Our room in this massive hotel was very comfortable and clean. We chose a family room - an L shaped room with 2 double beds plus a couch and kitchen area. The hotel has multiple pool areas with numerous comfortable pool loungers. The breakfast buffet was extensive and of good quality.
