  the location of hotel down small street is excellent with adjacent massage place, laundry and restaurants all recommended. short walk to beach down lane (and through peoples properties) which felt very safe even at night. stayed in duplex family room which were large and clean. 1 room did smell a bit musty at first but the smell went after a coupl... что говорят » e of days. didnt have too many problems with noise from adjoining properties or rooms. found bed and pillows comfortable. breakfast is good with a lar - Poppa Palace provides a great service for the price you pay. All of the staff were fantastic and the bar man even suggested we go to the night market in Phuket Town which we thought was fantastic. He was also very friendly and chatted to us a lot as did the waitress. Our rooms were lovely and clean and maintained daily. There was quite a large selection for breakfast which I found surprising given the price of our stay. We were happy to follow all of the hotels rules and request as it makes

  Great, great location within 3 mins walking to Banzaan market where you can get either cheaper food from stalls, any fruit or/and chose seafood & have it cooked on the top level of the market! Every day at 6 pm there is night street market. Room was cleaned with fresh towels provided daily! You can even rent a - The service was excellent and the Staff was extremely friendly and second to none. They were extremely kind and very helpful. Their English fluency is enough to hold a conversation with them. We were happy with the location as it was just across from Belle Spa, some restaurants nearby and especially Family Mart just around the corner. It takes about 15 minutes to walk to the beach from the hotel.

  Location was excellent. Quiet for relaxation and a good night sleep. Yet a few minutes walk leads to the busy life of bangla rd. Shops is less than 5 minutes walk. Very convenient. Booked the honeymoon suite which is quite a big room with a jacuzzi on the balcony. So it was value for money. Room facilities was good. Very comfy bed. Renting of bikes was also directly opposite our hotel. - Nice hotel in a good location, with good facilities, especially the rooftop swimming pool! I went for a deluxe room which was spacious and had a balcony. Good place to relax overall, and close (5 min walk) to Bangla Road, yet far enough not to have your sleep disturbed by the noise.

  Had a great stay for 9 nights from the 1st Feb in the SM resort. I booked a suite in the 6th floor with balcony and was very large with a great design . Also benefited of a rooftop sunbathing terrace. Breakfast was ok , same as you find in other hotels . A supermarket next door which is handy. A pool in the hotel which I used once . Overall , I would stay there - Hotel is value for money..staff is friendly especially iris..was such a helpful n cheerful person..kudos to her n all the staff there for making it a pleasant stay for me and my friends..well done
