Staffs were very helpful especially Saroj, thanks for your great
service. They gave me 3 free up gradation from standard rooms to deluxe
rooms. They have fabulous swimming pool and pool bar. They have a tour
section where Mr. Ali, who is a very friendly, sold us tour with a very

This Hotel gave us the feeling of its own little Oasis as it had a great swimming pool private from the street with lovely Palm trees for some shading. It was just a 5 minute walk to the beach and 2 minutes to any sort of shop you needed. we have stayed in Phuket 2 times before in a much more expensive hotel but found Coconut Village equalled it in all ways. We ate the hotel restaurant for 90% of our meals and found them excellent. Highly recommend.

We stayed in a twin-bed at the main wing. Each of the beds was big
enough for a 10-year to share comfortably with a parent. First night we
were on the stree side and from time to time troubled by the very loud

Everything here is perfect, I've travelled Thailand a lot and this
place is defo the best I've stayed at. Beautifully surroundings,
great restaurant and breakfast! Pool is clean and quiet. Photos do not
do this place justice!!! We have a grand deluxe room and it's

Great place to stay we booked grand deluxe bungalow but when we arrived
was not available for 2 nights do they put us in deluxe which was lovely
we would of been happy to drat there but then we moved to grand deluxe
again lovely room clean comfy beds very nice helpful staff gorgeous pool
and always very quiet we t a you d couple who love paying but great to
stay a bit out of it and they offer a free shuttle bus to the beach or
shopping centre but only 5 minutes away anyway!! Breakfast was nice

Beautiful new resort, although not quite completed or fully operational, we totally enjoyed our 9 day stay. All staff are just beautiful and cannot do enough to try to help and please you, even delivering my husband a beautiful birthday cake. We would certainly recommend this resort, and looking forward to staying there again in the future.

Had a great stay for 9 nights from the 1st Feb in the SM resort. I booked a suite in the 6th floor with balcony and was very large with a great design . It was a great place to stay! The location and setting was lovely. The swimming pools and staf where charming and it was always lovely to come back to the hotel after a day out, in Patong Beach! The spa centre was well done and provided excellent service and value for money (sports massage highly recommended) rooms were big and the cleaners did a great job every day.New flat screen TVs in great position so you could watch the TV comfortably from your bed.Good location to be able to walk to the beach and the markets. -
