  The hotel has a nice location. İt is newly refurbished. Has a wonderful pool. Service is very efficient. But the bedt thing about the hotel is Jorge. The General Manager. İ believe he is one of the best in the sector. He can literally spend hours and hours with all customers to make their stay in Bangkok pleasent.   De Talak Hostel was a great place to stay at! It is a simple but nice and clean hostel, the room (we had the 4 bed family room w/ private bathroom) had one double bed and two single beds, a desk and two lockers (with separate keys). They made sure we had a quiet room towards the back (furthest from Sathorn Road, and not on the side facing the Australian Embassy, where the traffic noise seems to come in more). The room was clean and comfortable, with shower, jug, fridge, etc. in working order. Not very far from some nightlife and night markets you could walk it but I hailed a taxi and it was only 40 thb to get there. The reception is very helpful and the manager could not do enough.

  Most of the staff were very friendly and helpful, Tao (the man behind reception) was excellent. The hotel was way more than we expected for the price we paid, rooms were comfortable and clean. Location was good, less than 5 minutes to the Skytrain and for MRT links. Easy access to sights and attractions. Location is perfect as its next to Sala Daeng Station (less than 1 minute walking), next to many restaurants (Subway, Pizza Hut, KFC, Mac, ..), and 7-Elevens are everywhere.
