The facilites are fantastic in the main building, however if you have a room in the corner wing you need to be aware that there is no gym or swimming pool - although it only takes 5 minutes to get from one to the other this can be very inconvinient as it involves going outside... not great if you're in your boardies.

I like the design and architecture of the hotel. The rooms are stylish
equipped. The swimming-pool area is very nice. But it's in another
building. You have to go out, turn left and walk 10 meters along the
street and enter the other building and go up to the 9th floor. The
breakfast is good for the price.

I have enjoyed my stay at this hotel. It is a little away from most of the shopping malls and night market, but still conveniently located within walking distance to the mrt and bts line. The staff was ready to face off our requests and to help us solve problems. The hotel is in the best position to visit the city because it's really near the skytrain. There are also 2 minimart in the surroundings and a travel agency just in front of the entrance. That's all you need for your stay in Bangkok. It's the second time for us to stay in this hotel and we enjoy it becuase it's really cheap for his category and position.

Very clean, excellent friendly and helpful staff at all times. - Very nice with live music in the Piano Bar in the evenings. Helpfull staff. Left the hotel 04:45 am when flying back home. The hotel provided us with good breakfast bags to bring with us. Nice restaurang with very good prices.

All staff were attentive and very nice and professional. The location is
outstanding at sukhumvit 21, the central location for all the major
malls and attractions. The mrt is walking distance at terminal 21, Asok
station that gives you access to the subway and train system, the only
way to travel quickly in the city (one of the best in the World). Very

Very nice and helpfull staff - The room was excellent, very comfortable and well organised. The spa bath was especially good! I arrived 3 hours earlier than check in time but was still allowed to go to my room which was great after a long night flight this was welcome.

We booked 2 rooms apartment with good view at balcony from our 20th floor. Just 700 meters from main Sukhumvit Road and BTS Nana MRT Station. So, easy to travel around Bangkok with very cheap 1whole day ticket. Taxis & tutktuk always available downstair.

I loved the awesome &friendly staff, who went out of their way to assist with any needs.
I was upgraded to a larger suite than what I ordered which was very nice. The apartment was clean and spacious and I felt very at home.the internet was great. The gym was a nice . The breakfast at the ibis was Awesome
