  The location of the hotel is excellent. Very central to all restaurants, shopping malls i.e. Platinum Mall, Pratunam Market, Siam Discovery, etc is within walking distance.   We booked a suite for our family of four and were entitled to use the premium lounge. Service staff were excellent, always attentive, helpful and accommodating. Buffet breakfast was a wide selection which helped given we had two picky toddlers. Platinum Mall, Centralworld, big c and patnip plaza are all 5 min walk distance. At night, there are plenty of food stalls in the vicinity so we never went hungry. In all, will stay here again for my next visit to Bangkok.

We booked for an executive apartment, however upon arrival we were advised they were full and was upgraded to a Premium room. Location is right next to Skytrain station but you can walk to the main shopping area around Siam Paragon, Bumungrad hospital or Sukhumvit road.
