Myself and my husband stayed in a Private Pool Villa which was fantastic, huge bed and plenty of space throughout. The resort is stunning and well maintained. My husband and I celebrated my birthday in Phuket, and the hotel staffs came up with a surprise cake on my birthday. It was the most unforgettable and sweetest memory that we've ever had in the hotel! - Everything! The breakfast was lovely, close to the beach, excellent staff, who even put flowers on our bed and gave us free fruit when we arrived.

It was the best hotel we stayed in Thailand. Really nice and clean room with nice european style bathroom (which I really appreciate) with balcony and TV with English programms. Very comfortable and clean hotel. Big, light rooms. Perfect garden of flowers and tropical plants, but in spite of it - no insects in rooms at all. Fresh, tasty breakfast with enough variety of menu. Good restaurant with delicious courses. Clean pool with fresh and rather good cocktails in bar at it. Most of all i'm impresed by polite, smily and professional staff. Thank them for everything.

Easily the best resor -
We loved it! Hotel is really quiet, and well located. Close to beach: 5 to 10 minutes walking from one of the nicest beaches of the island, and eating facilities nearby. There are some shops, but not too many.
Rooms are spacious, luminous, very clean and silent. Nice pool, and massage, tours, transfer and room service. Breakfast and dinner are delicious and offer lots of options.

Outstanding value!!! Has everything I need --- A/C, free wi-fi, refrigerator, very comfortable bed, close enough to the beach and nice restaurants (about 5-15 minute walk), but in a quiet area away from the craziness of the main streets. The staff is not professional - this is a small family owned place --- but they try hard and will do what they can to take care of you. Have stayed there on multiple occasions and look forward to going back.

very friendly, helpful, nice and handsome owner:) the hotel is located not on the seaside but in 10 minutes walking to both kata and karon beach. The hotel has beautiful garden and awesome swimming pool, 100% as on the pictures. During low season room rates are really attratctive. There are a lot of small cafe and restaurants in the neighbourhood. Kwang seafood and Tex-mex are strongly recommended.

This is my second stay with Avista Kata Beach. The last time was with my wife for honeymoon. In general, I am very satisfied with the stay for both times. The facility is quite new and clean with a stylish design. I stayed with a deluxe room on the 4th floor with the pool view, but I can also enjoy a good sea view from the balcony. The location of the hotel is on the way up to the hill, but it's very convenient for a 5 mins walk to the beach and the restaurants. I would definitely go there agai
