Most amazing resort I've ever stayed in. We were greeted with a beautiful personalised message on our bed and gorgeous notes and gifts each day. The breakfast and location were amazing. I would like to extend our greatest thanks to the staff for making it such a wonderful experience, they really did bend over backwards for us, even holding our bags for us a few days after we had checked out while waiting for a late flight. Excellent location next to beach area, superb swimming pool under the coconut trees. A great breakfast selection. Room was very clean and spacious. This hotel is amazing. It is right on Chaweng beach. It is about 10 minutes to the airport. It is close to the shops as well. The rooms are clean and in a very nice condition. The restaurant is affordable and it is right on the beach. We stayed here for 5 nights and enjoyed it very much. We would like to go back. We would recommend this hotel!!

I cannot fault Baan Haad Ngam at all. From the very second we arrived we were greated with wonderful service, smiles and the feeling of being in a magnificent resort.
It was better then what we could have ever expected. Our next trip over to Koh Samui is already being planned and we intent to stay at BHN Resort again. It has everything.

The staff were outstandingly polite and courteous. They made the stay
at Nora Beach extremely welcoming and friendly and when they spoke
between colleagues they spoke in English so no to sound rude to their
foreign visitors.
