  The location is fantastic - heaps of resturants, shopping, 5 mins from BTS, 10 mins from MTR. Away from main road so not noisy. Great staff - we had trouble with our Bank holding our credit card (apparently didn't like us being in credit of all things!) but the hotel still let us into our room and were very happy to wait until the Bank sorted out... что говорят » their problem. The stuff are very friendly and helpful and give you the best service. And it´s very silent and peaceful inside the hotel.

  I really liked this hotel. A friend and I rented a designer 2 bedroom suite. The rooms were well appointed, comfortable, modern and clean. The hotel daily breakfast was great.   We booked a suite for our family of four and were entitled to use the premium lounge. Service staff were excellent, always attentive, helpful and accommodating. Buffet breakfast was a wide selection which helped given we had two picky toddlers. Platinum Mall, Centralworld, big c and patnip plaza are all 5 min walk distance. At night, there are plenty of food stalls in the vicinity so we never went hungry. In all, will stay here again for my next visit to Bangkok.
