  Had a room with access to main pool - super place -location on this place is in top super close to beach + nice pool - nice big freezer for own use - good wifi access - Excellent new rooms with private balcony directly into the pool

  Almost everything! The staff were super nice and helpful. The room was spacious and clean, complete with all necessary amenities. The hotel is not on a beach per se, but you can walk there in like 5 minutes. As it's located in the heart of Sairee it is within walking distance to convenient shops and restaurants. The hotel has its own restau/bar ou... что говорят » t front too and the food was quite good. Their spa, although very plan-looking, turned out to be exceptionally good. Very impressed with our masseuses - The staff we dealt with were fantastic. 3 of the ladies at the desk couldn't do more to help. We were assigned a room upstairs and inquired on being put in a downstairs room. They changed it immediately and without a single fuss! The rooms are so clean. It is quiet but right on the doorstep of some wonderful bars and restaurants! Brilliant. It was our second stay as we loved it so much a couple of weeks before!!!
